S1 E7 "The Return: A World Beyond" ANNO 1800
2"MOVE SOLDIER! I must see the Governor at once!" roared one of the Capitans of the waiting Vaorian Naval Ships in the Harbour.
Walking into the study of the Governor of Valoria was like walking into a fully operational Command Centre.
Lining one of the giant tables was a map of the known area surrounding Valoria and another of the discovered islands, reefs and ports within the "New World" and standing behind all this was the Governor of Valoria; Admiral Valorian, himself.
Seeing the newcomer arrive. Valorian pointed his finger to the table, as a sign to deliver the message and get out!
"My Lord. The Pirate Prince JEAN LA FORTUNE has targetted our supplies an ships within the BAY OF NEW HOPE. He states that he will send every one of the Valorian Armada ship to the bottom of the ocean," gasped the Capitan.
Slamming his fist on the table, which sent the whole room into silence. Valorian looked the Capitan dead in the eyes.
"Is there any thing else you wish to report or inform me of thats happening in this "New World" Capitan?"
"No, my Lord."
"Good! For as you can see Valoria is under ATTACK! Or did you miss all that and the roaring of the harbour batteries. Just so you could deliver this news. News I already had knowlegde and ws fully aware of?" said Valorian pointing to the area of a small passage between Valoria. An area that would be the location for the ships protecting the city from the now enemy of GEORGE SMITH and nodding to an aide de camp to get to it.
Acknowledging the Capitans embarrassment. Valorian gave him his orders.
"Get back to your ship, Capitan and prepare your men for engagement!" said the Admiral as an aide handed the Capitan a hand written letter. "Valoria is going to need every capable man it can find."
Watching the Capitan walk away Valorian returned to the situation before him. But not before uttering these words to himself.
"That one is going to go places, far beyond here. For he has an ability to see everything around him, inform those in positions and if needed take action over the situation. Those qualities are what makes Capitans and Commanders of Men. I just wishd I had more like him!"
"Did you say something, my Lord?" asked the aide de camp.
"No, just thinking out loud," said Valorian looking once more at the door the young Capitan walked out of seconds before and brought back to reality by the sound of cannons. Sounding the arrival of yet more enemy ships.
For WAR had arrived to the shores of Valoria and that of the Bay of New Hope
