PVP Live: If you’re a big fan of Super Smash Bros or Kirby, you should be pleased to know that creator Masahiro Sakurai has been confirmed to be currently working on a new project.

According to a translation of Sakurai's Weekly Famitsu column by Source Gaming, Sakurai said he was working on a new game, but we are not exactly sure what that game is just yet.

Many are speculating it could be the upcoming Super Smash Bros for the Switch, but again nothing has been confirmed just yet.

Hey it’s also entirely possible that Sakurai is working on a new Kid Icarus or Kirby title, which would be amazing, but given that there are already so many rumors circulating around A Switch version of Smash, it’s safe to say that’s probably what he has been working on.
