Brighten up my day with some Sunny Cove OG from AK Frost and let's talk about why strains with the same name differ.

This Sunny Cove OG is a hybrid strain with a THC of 26.14% and CBD of 0.10%. The one gram nugg was big, beautiful, and dense! Squeeze the bud to hear the nice crisp crackle and release the smells from inside. This bud smells like parmesan cheese and some sour. Fire it up and you won't be tasting an Italian dinner, just some earthy flavors with that sour. Take moderate hits because the smoke is mild to harsh. If you decide to take a giant bong rip, prepare to shed a tear.

The high is very relaxing and calm. This hybrid is fairly balanced on both the indica and sativa. After just one bowl, I received a very focused high and complete body calmness. Flood of happy euphoria that kept my energy up although I would have been happy just doing nothing. Helped with some pain relief and anxiety went away. Two bowls kept the same focus and the body high intensified. I could feel every sound I made vibrating from my chest to my fingers. This strain feels like a productive strain when used with moderation. Otherwise get Sunny baked and relax.

Why do strains with the same name differ? Differ in color, smell, and effects? It all depends on their genetics, how they are grown, the nutrients given, and their curing process. I give an example of when I used to grow a strain called Critical Jack. She was a clone from a friend, so the genetics were the same. Meaning she grew tall, didn't auto flower, very resilient against stress, and some other factors. But because I grew under different conditions and gave a different brand of nurtients, our final results were GREATLY different!

Not until I switched to her brand, upgraded the lights, introduce Co2, and used her grow techniques did my buds barely come close to hers. Her grow conditions were way better then mine and you can tell from the difference in our buds.

I stay this so everyone understands that same strain names will be different and that is alright. Find the strain that fits you and stick with its cultivator.

What is your favorite strain and why?
