Out of the sudden whenever I turn on my PC / Monitor this problem occurs a couple of times, after turning it off and on 4-5 times it stays and works normal.

I tries both display ports on my GPU, updated drivers, tried 2 different display port cables, problem still persists, I am afraid it is the monitor itself, I hope I can still fix it via warranty.
