San Francisco Rush 2049 (Dreamcast - actual hardware)
I got my Dreamcast out of storage for an upcoming video project I'm working on, decided to have a quick blast on San Francisco Rush 2049 whilst it was out and get some video capture. I don't normally like playing racing games in the first person view as much as the 3rd, but the sense of speed is so much better in this game when you do it that way.
Man, forgot how unforgiving the rubber band AI is in this, I just could not get a first place on this track, I actually seem to do worse if I try and use the shortcut that takes you over the top of the track.
Video capture was done using my PAL Dreamcast's SCART cable (although this is an NTSC copy of the game I burned myself onto a CR-R). I record the footage on my DVR and then transfer it from that to PC using a budget RGB capture device. The footage always comes out a bit grainy and low quality looking as a result.
