It could all have been so perfect. Borussia Dortmund were on the brink of winning their fourth match out of five this season, which would have put them back in second place behind RB Leipzig and send a signal to their rivals in the Bundesliga title race. But an own goal by Thomas Delaney two minutes before the final whistle meant Borussia's dreams went up in smoke. And so it ended up 2-2 at Eintracht Frankfurt, a draw the home team absolutely earned thanks to their battling performance in the second half Despite all the disappointment about missing out on the win, youngster Jadon Sancho was happy about another record and Axel Witsel shone with an outstanding performance from midfield. Do you think BVB can overcome this setback at Eintracht and compete for the title again this season? Let us know in the comments.
