SAND LAND Demo | Exploring more ruins
2Continuing the demo to explore two sets of ruins in the available map for the demo.
So the demo for Sand Land keeps you to a central area that feels pretty barren and you can make your way around to fight various machines and creatures like raptors, lions/tigers and scorpions as well as explore ruins and rocky hills and valleys in your battle tank, scooter (motorbike), and robot battle armor (jump-bot). It feels a little long to get to different places in the world and it doesn't allow you to explore the demon city or town right near where you begin, but it does have some interesting things going on. You have to find parts to activate a radio tower to reveal locations on your map similar to other open world games. There is also a day night cycle in the game that you can see in the video. It really does have a Dragon Ball feel to the characters and even the vehicles come in capsules to easily store on your character when not in use.
SAND LAND is an action RPG where you become the main character as Beelzebub, a Fiend Prince and lead around your companions: the fearless Sheriff Rao and the demon chaperone Thief. Demons and humans alike are suffering through an extreme drought in the world and you and your companions are searching through the desert for the Legendary Spring. The world of SAND LAND was created by Akira Toriyama the creator of Dragon Ball.
