It's CPU tier 4! I don't know how I messed that up! The Saracen HV is designed to take on the the toughest of shielded POI's. 2 artillery turrets clear out turrets, a number of plasma turrets also cause plenty of destruction whilst the side minigun turrets are best suited to clear ground troops and drones. The front section of the vessel is a sort of 'crumple zone' that is expendable in combat. So don't be retreating when the shields go down. You're fine.
