Scruffy 3 (2007 Beta)
0While you guys wait for the Scruffy the Stickman Demo (Scruffy the Stickman being the very long awaited 4th in the series and it will be worth the wait) here's an interesting video.
Currently my old hard drive is alive, but my PCB on it is fried and so while I didn't lose my old stuff, I don't have access to it. This short video is thus the only footage I have of a huge what could've been.
Scruffy 3, as you guys know, is on the YoYo Games sandbox and has been since 2009. However, I actually started it in 2007 and back then, it was a completely different game! The only things that made it to the finished version were the first and third worlds, Cardboard Cove and Mental Mansion. Here is a completely different Mental Mansion with a battle against Larry McPeel, who has a prototype design here. The story was to involve two evil clowns who hypnotized all clowns into working for them, and even getting a hold of Kranion's evil forces. Gameplay wise it was more basic than in the final game, as there were no costumes. However, there was to be more vehicles.
