After blue science completes, it's time for construction bots. Even though there is no good power source it is a common strategy in Factorio to run 4 personal roboports with 40 construction bots in your inventory and 'pluck them out of the sky' to recharge them. Other things on the todo list are to build a centralized sulfur processing plant, expand washing plants, and finally look into some military science to get the luxurious sniper turrets!
