My parents weren't the kind of people who would come home from the grocery store with a VHS rental of the latest slasher flick telling their kids "this is so gross and gory you GOTTA see it". I likewise didn't really enjoy watching Jean Claude Van Damme make mincemeat of another dude's face in Kickboxer, and don't get me started on the beginning of Robocop. But there were toys -- oh, there were toys! And with the toys came the video games, and with movie tie-in video games comes along LJN to smear their brand feces all over the next big franchise.
