
Sega Bass Fishing - Dreamcast version changes, the lures removed from the western version
When it comes to fishing games you really won't expect the Japanese NTSC/J version of the game to have extra content. Sure enough North America NTSC/U gamers and everyone in PAL, got the short end of the stick with Sega Bass Fishing. As Sega removed the hidden lures based on their mascot characters Segata Sanshiro and Hidekazu Yukawa. This applies for every version of the game released outside of Japan including the Xbox 360 and PC ports.

The Japanese Cheat codes for Get Bass are as follow:
The Segata Sanshiro lure, is unlocked in original mode by obtaining the award "Ranker Killer" or you can enter your name as S. SEGATA when starting a new file.
The Hidekazu Yukawa lure, is unlocked in original mode by obtaining the award "Top Water King" or you can enter your name as H. YUKAWA when starting a new file.
