I have unplugged the compact flash reader from the Naomi, changed the 3 jumpers inside the NetDIMM to netboot configuration and connected the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ which is running WiPi.

This setup lets me select a game to load from my phone, which is connected to the WiFi hotspot running on the Raspberry Pi in stead of having to swap compact flash cards. The load time is also faster because the WiPi software bypasses the memory check that happens after loading a game via the compact flash reader.
