This could be a useful debug map to amplify the effect of individual settings on your FPS performance, such as to determine which pro player skin will yield the highest FPS, does blank comboburst pngs impact fps compared to turning the comboburst setting off in the menu etc.

Follow these steps to do the benchmark yourself

Step 1.download this map https://osu.ppy.sh/b/184452

Step 2. open osu and use the following detail settings:

Snaking sliders on
Background on
Storyboard on
Combo burst on
Hit lighting on
Shader on
Softening on

Skin: default
Cursor ripples: on

Step 3. run the map without background dim

Step 4. examine your FPS and latency in game
