Setup note: You have to leave the Chained Ogre alive from the second state of Ashina Castle.

Going for Shura Ending locks you out of Fountainhead and the world state that gives you Inner Ministry gunners for Mercury farming. If you're on the normal ending route, defeating the Divine Dragon gets rid of most of the Fencers in Ashina Castle and fills it with the highest-level enemies.

Lone Shadows in general and the Inner Ministry invasion versions in particular are the highest-exp targets in the game. Combine that with two Inner Ministry red swordsmen, who individually are lower exp but combined give you a lot more when they get one-shot by the Chained Ogre, and you get the reason this is the exp farm spot in the All Achievements speedrun.

Procedure:
1. From the Antechamber idol, run up and backstab the Lone Shadow in the next room.
2. Grapple to the beam above the Chained Ogre. This activates the two red swordsmen down below, and they'll get automatically one-shot no matter the NG+ cycle as soon as the Ogre touches them with anything that does hp damage. Now you get gobtons of exp and Sen from three enemies set to the highest tier thereof, in a sequence that you can do in like five seconds.
