And here we have the final mirror match before we take on the big cheese himself. I was wondering if we were going to see the Bottom of the Ninth here, and of course it turns up on the first turn. Due to the difficulty in actually getting your game winning hit (compounded by the fact Setback is at bat), I recommend letting the card give you two strikes before you blow it up to prevent the game ender.

My concern in this game was that I was not sure if I could deal enough damage to kill both cohorts if they hit the field, and I wasn't sure if I could kill the mask on the first turn. The good news is that the mask did die early due to a good draw, and only one of the cohorts popped. To prevent this game from going to the birds, I started to ignore them, opting to attack the cock of the walk herself. Luckily, since she is fairly squishy, she can go down fairly smoothly.

Now, the main thing to keep in mind if you want to win this, is that you need to abuse both Luminary and Akash to block her counter attack. Getting extra plays over to Luminary with Commodora is a bonus in reducing Matriarch's damage. Once you have Akash set up, you should be able to keep her damage suppressed almost indefinitely, which means you just need to watch out for the birds or her to wipe Akash's board. Should both cohorts hit, you are going to need some big attacks to bring them down, possibly even choosing to drop the moon on Matriarch if things get really dicey.
