Serious Sam 4 - Zipping Glitch
10Something I discovered by pure accident while I was exploring the second level.
Performing it is really simple. It works on almost any corner with those bricks jutting out. Basically you just move as far into it as you can and then crouch or uncrouch after you're in them. The game should start zipping you upwards. Note that you don't need to be in third person to do it, it's just for increased visual clarity. In first person all you'd see is a bunch of wall flying past you.
The results vary wildly, depending on your exact positioning and whether you're uncrouching or crouching. For example, if you crouched into the wall on the first corner here, it would throw you backwards instead of to the side, and on the second one, if you stood up into the wall, you'd get much less distance.
There was an instance where I just zipped all the way up to the top of a roof, but that was a single instance that I haven't been able to replicate.
I may make another video if I find any amusing or useful zips. It looks really exploitable.
