Super Mario Maker 2 - Custom Course: Chilly Shell Switches
2Well, this is the last proper level I've uploaded, so this ends my regular uploads for a while again. I will eventually record my levels from the original Super Mario Maker later, but no idea when I'll get around to that.

[0:00-2:05] Playthrough
- 0:14 Introduction to the main trick of the level.
- 0:20 Kicking the shell up where the column of coins is will pop open a hidden block with a 1UP inside.
- 0:46 The small crevice with the row of coins is there for either a quick escape if the switch is about to pull the blocks from under you or you just want to scout out the timing.
- 0:55 You can again try to get the timing down by listening to the sounds that happen before the shell hits a switch.
- 1:20 It's possible to run inside the path the shell is meant to be kicked into, but without the shell it's pretty much impossible to just drop in through the one block gap. You could bring the shell, but I'd say timing it is trickier than doing it normally.
- 1:35 Successfully kicking the shell up where the slightly-offscreen coin is drops a vine that you can climb to unlock the top of the goal, in case you want the 1UP from it.
Running inside the last switch puzzle was originally unintended, but I left it in because it doesn't really do any harm. Also, using the shell effectively while you're inside there is a trick in and of itself.
Because I had no idea what to call this level first, the WIP name was "Wintry Terska", terska being Finnish for glans. All I knew was it was going to be winter-themed.
