Super Mario Maker 2 - Ninji Speedrun: Headgear Hustle (0:32.523)
The design in most of these levels is impressive. The way they usually guide you in specific directions, while still offering multiple paths gives you a degree of freedom without drastically impacting the overall flow. I'm hoping I'll be able to design levels closer to these some day.
This was the last Ninji Speedrun I recorded before I went ahead with the RMA. You can hear one of the problems of the device when the video ends and there's a sort of "pop" in the audio due to the DC offset. The other (bigger) problem was more related to streaming, where the device would drop tons of frames constantly.
As the RMA process took so long, I only have those 30-second Switch clips of the next three runs, so the next upload will be the 11th run, "Big Shoes Gustin' in the Desert".
After sending the device in late May, the replacement took until late August to arrive due to it being out of stock. So far, the replacement hasn't been doing much better, with its stutters and encoding issues. AVerMedia hasn't left a very good impression on me.
Oops, looks like I turned this description into another rant about the sole reason why these videos are even possible.
