If you IA tsu lk, you will have more time. If your timing is perfect, stand hk wont hit at all.
You can crossup with mk tsurugi. If you do it too fast, you wont crossup. The distance when you crossup is a not as good as when you use lk tsurugi, this is why i use stand mk instead of stand hp.
