Vega's st.HP in claw mode has an insane amount of hitstun if interrupted, but his c.HP isn't too shabby either. If Vega is at point blank, he can get optimal damage with TWO traded HP attacks and deplete the (1st, Back) Aegis Reflector's three hits, allowing him to link a Buster Claw (f+HP) into a V-Trigger, provided that his claw has enough health to survive the trade attacks.
