Samus thwarted the Space Pirates plans in the last game. To make sure an event like that never happens again, we're heading to the Metroid homeworld of Planet SR388 and eradicating every single last Metroid located inside. A plan as cold as space itself, but it must be done.

Episode 1: Extinction. It's the only way!

SR388 sure has a shit load of road-blocking lava, but with the eradication of these newly evolved Metroids, we can clear it up thanks to coincidental earthquakes that follow suit.
