Nothing really all that interesting happens in this part except that we get some new cyberware, we talk to H'oochin-Ikwa but he doesn't provide any new information but does give us two of the three most useful spells in the game - Invisibility and Summon Spirit. Invisibility will make enemies stop attacking you entirely and Summon Spirit is the highest damage dealing ability in the game, capable of doing upwards of 30 damage when at Lv 6.

I do teach you how to dupe items in this video though, as I learned it from a speedrun video I saw. I choose to dupe items because I think you'd value less grinding than what is already necessary. The way to dupe items is that you equip a gun or armor of less quality than what you intend to sell so that you can sell the unequipped item. When you go to the menu, pick weapon and then select the weapon and "Sell", you immediately hit the menu button again. If timed correctly, you'll be in the menu again so pick the same gun or armor again and hit sell again. The game now thinks that you're holding two of this gun, so you move the cursor over to the shopkeeper, you sell the gun, and then you give yourself the other gun you were holding by moving the cursor over to yourself again. If you time it wrong, you won't get the menu open. Simple as that.

Be careful so that you don't give both guns to the shopkeeper or that you cancel the sell-function on the other gun without clicking on yourself as that will cause it to vanish into nothing.

The second part of this video is just me hiring Anders and Norbert to do some grinding in the first cemetery again to get much needed karma.
