The Sha'tari Skyguard are the aerial wing of the The Sha'tar charged with protecting Shattrath City. There are two Sha'tari Skyguard outposts, Blackwind Landing in Terokkar Forest and Sha'tari Outpost just north of Ogri'la in the Blade's Edge Mountains.
Once a character's reputation with the Sha'tari Skyguard reaches Honored, you can talk to Skyguard Handler Deesak to get a free ride from Blackwind Landing to Sha'tari Outpost, and to Skyguard Handler Irena for a free return flight.
Earning reputation with the Sha'tari Skyguard simply takes completing daily quests and killing Skettis Kaliri, Talonsworn Forest-Rager, and any Skettis Arakkoa.
Notable rewards include the Skyguard Tabard, the Nether Ray Fry pet, and five Nether Ray mounts available for purchase at Exalted.
