The Scale of the Sands are members of the Bronze Dragonflight charged with guarding the World Tree in Hyjal Summit to help preserve the time-stream. They can be found in Caverns of Time.
All The Scale of the Sands reputation is earned in the Hyjal Summit raid.
Tydormu sells the Tier 6 armor set for all classes. There is no reputation requirement for this. Indormi sells a selection of Jewelcrafting designs starting at Friendly. Many of these Jewelcrafting designs can also be purchased from the Shattered Sun Offensive for greater cost, however it should be noted that the Shattered Sun Offensive reputation is easier to acquire than The Scale of the Sands reputation.
Once the Scale of the Sands reputation has been unlocked, Soridormi will offer quests beginning at Neutral. At Friendly the quest can be completed and will reward the player with a ring that can be upgraded at subsequent reputation levels.
