this was running with much better looks before the open Isle of Cordona map

got many UE scalability and texture streaming params into config Engine.ini file

I'm sure it can look better with more tweaks. also, steamVR VRdashboard needs to be setup to use the performant GPU, not the integrated one

captured on Quest 2. they're to blame for no sound, it's now hit or miss getting it to capture sounds either from pcvr streaming or native games... maybe before AVP they try to fix their software
