To emphasize the artificial, televised nature of the events in Homicidal All-Stars (a game following the fate of the participants of a violent TV show inspired by The Runner), they included a commentator who comments on the characters - and thus, the player's actions. They will talk about the inner workings of the Announcer system and the hurdles they encountered in developing it - from the casting process, to deciding what the Announcer should comment, to the most annoying bugs and not-bugs-but-features they encountered along the way.
