In Evo, testing was a step in development lifecycle done by a siloed team with their own tools, frameworks and approaches. To make release process faster and more reliable, we wanted to find issues before the new code is merged, shortening the feedback loop and increasing reliability by not allowing bad code to reach the environment. Nowadays, we can move any commit related to FrontEnd to production mostly relying on fast automatic checks thanks to approach that was designed and implemented by cross-functional team of developers, QA and SRE engineers.
