Pokemon Sword and Shield had an event that allowed you to encounter Gigantamax Meowth in the Wild Area. GMAX Meowth could only be obtained from a mystery gift available until January 15th, 2020, but it was made available to all through this event. You could get a Meowth with its hidden ability Unnerve. They could also be Shiny which made this is the chance to get a Shiny GMAX Meowth legally given that the one from the mystery gift was shiny locked. I was able to catch a Shiny G-MAX Meowth so in this video I showcase Shiny Meowth, I also go over the event and I use Meowth in the Battle Tower using a creative Competitive Pokemon Build that made Meowth somewhat viable for serious Pokemon Battles.
