I had originally started shiny hunting the legendaries in Let's Go in preparation for the release of The Crown Tundra DLC with the intention to trade them into Sword/Shield. Sadly I was still only halfway through my Mewtwo hunt when it released. After finally getting my shiny Regirock I decided before I began elsewhere, I wanted to finish off this hunt!

PS: Thanks to Johnnie Web who was the one who found a Master Ball in Cerulean Cave in my other Let's Go game.

Shiny Mewtwo was caught at 1432 encounters.
