Shooting Game - Basic Burn Effect

Okay, this is a bit of a jumbled messed, but here's what I think I did.
When the player has the burner effect, they pass it to the bullet.
when the bullet hits an enemy, there is a chance the enemy will get burned.
if the enemy is burned. they'll take damage for five seconds, which is based on the player's damage in that moment... might need to go over this again.
Also, while burned the enemy does half damage.
The changing of colour is a visual cue for the player.
