Showcasing the PAL/NTSC Video Speed Differences in the Simple Media System for the PS2
PS2 owners in PAL territories such as myself, who had just gotten access to FreeMCBoot with either FreeDVDBoot or the SD2PSX Memory Card with FreeMCBoot built in and fired up the Simple Media System (SMS) for the first time to watch some videos, will notice how 30/60 FPS videos they play on their 50 hz PAL PS2's go noticably out of sync as I am demonstrating it on video, prompting viewers to convert their 30/60 FPS videos to 25/50 FPS to match the refresh rate put out by the PAL format. I even show 25/50 FPS videos played in NTSC with Color Correction provided to my PS2 Slim by FreeMCBoot. That type of Color Correction that sadly does not exist for original fat PAL PS2's, and vice versa for people living in NTSC regions such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and North America.
