Universal Studios are set to reboot the Shrek franchise, this time with Illumination Entertainment's Chris Meledandri at the helm.
Meledandri tells Variety that Dreamworks Animation plans to start fresh but wants to retain the original voice cast Mike Myers (as Shrek), Eddie Murphy (as Donkey), Antonio Banderas (as Puss in Boots) and maybe even Cameron Diaz (as Fiona).
Is this a great or terrible idea??
