Shrine's Legacy demo
1Pretty good. It's kinda like some of the Quintet stuff from back on the SNES. Like, the font is so similar, for one. There is also a peculiar sounding grunt when you get hit which also reminds me of Soul Blazer.
Well, maybe the similarities to Quintet games are more superficial things I suppose because as far as I can tell there isn't anything super unique about this game. Like, Act Raiser was unique, Soul Blazer had the town coming back thing. Illusion of Gaia well, that was a heavily story based overhead view action-adventure game. Like, I dunno. Think maybe this game is more like Mana while having certain Quintet inspirations? Like, there is 2-player co-op.
