The siduction distribution is a desktop and half live oriented operating system based on the “unstable” branch of Debian. Separated from aptosid in late 2011, siduction offers many separate live media with a variety of desktop environments.
The project also promises regular releases, an open development model, and friendly relationships with its developer and user community.
Siduction offered monthly releases with updated components and the latest security patches for those who wanted to deploy the Debian-based distribution on new computers.
Now the developers have announced the release of Siduction 21.2.0.

Ferdinand Thommes announced the release of siduction 21.2.0, the latest build in the project's distribution set with a choice of Cinnamon, KDE Plasma, LXDE, LXQt and Xfce desktops, all based on the “unstable” Debian branch:
The siduction team is very proud that, on its 10th anniversary (yes, they started in July 2011), they can present siduction 2021.2.0.
siduction 2021.2.0 is nicknamed 'Farewell' in memory of Axel, who passed away very early.
The highlight of this release is the resurrected siduction manual, which dates back to the days of sidux, which some of you will remember as an earlier incarnation of siduction.
What's new this time? The flavors we offer for siduction 2021.2 are KDE Plasma 5.20.5, LXQt 0.16.0, Cinnamon 4.8.6, Xfce 4.16, LXDE 11, X.Org and noX.
Unfortunately, GNOME and MATE didn't do it again due to lack of maintainer support within siduction.
