The legendary story (episode) of Silver the Hedgehog in Sonic 06 continues today! Silver has fought through the Radical Train to catch up to the Iblis Trigger Sonic, but is confronted with the one and only Shadow the Hedgehog! Surely they can put their differences aside, right? The answer is obviously not (short term, anyway). Silver thinks he's fighting Mephiles the Dark, who helped him get to the past... what's the misunderstanding? There's quite a lot going on, but hopefully we can resolve it and find Eggman. How are we going to save the future? We're running out of time before it meets its inevitable demise!
Sonic 06 is a pretty fun game, even with all the glitches, cringe and design flaws. With complete sincerity, I've had a great time with it, and 3D Sonic games are generally not my cup of tea favourite games. Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sonic Heroes and (after playing it on the channel) Sonic Unleashed are a great time, but 2D Sonic has always been a far step away from some of the unfortunately developed games of the 3D era, such as Sonic 06 on the PS3/Xbox 360, Sonic and the Secret Rings and so on. For me, I think Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 is a-okay, regardless of how I may sound at the best of times! You get to play as Sonic, Shadow, and Silver, but also some of their great friends; Miles Tails Prower, Knuckles the Echidna, Rouge the Bat, and many more. We've gotta stop Eggman, Iblis and Mephiles from destroying the world and leaving us in crisis, and this team is the right team to do it!
In this video, we're continuing the Silver the Hedgehog story episode, fighting Shadow the Hedgehog before moving onto the Aquatic Base. The reverse fight of Shadow vs Silver was a trainwreck and I hated every second of it, so hopefully fighting against Shadow is easy enough... right? In any case, once we've dealt with that, we gotta go back to the past (to play the... never mind) and traverse the Aquatic Base. Doing so will land us with Elise's Dad, the creation of Mephiles, and all the other insane things in this game that I cannot begin to understand. Both Silver and Blaze (and now Shadow AND Amy Rose apparently) have a huge task on their hands; between the Choas Emeralds, Team Sonic, Team Shadow, and Mephiles the Dark, we don't know who has the answer for how to fix the future. One thing's for certain, Silver's maybe possibly gonna figure it out... I think. How will our journey go? Let's find out in today's episode as we continue the Silver the Hedgehog story!
