Granted, I have done lots of SimCity videos before, and some of those videos may even have been vaguely tutorial-ish, but introducing my first actual tutorial series in SimCity.

Which means it is only a little bit more tutorial-ish than my non-tutorials.

In Tutorial #3, we cover how to turn your Sims from beautiful happy natural creatures into soulless corporate serfs, begging for the opportunity to slave for your profit, and also tips on deluxe housing options for the 1%... oh wait, that's another tutorial...

In Tutorial #3, we cover:
·Usage spikes for new buildings (when you plop your first health clinic or first garbage dump for instance, your advisers will immediately say it should be expanded. Give it a day to clear up the backlog, and things will probably return to a lower level of use.)
·Placing specialization buildings, specifically resource specialization buildings which in this case are coal and ore mines.
·Setting up Trade Depots to export mined resources.
·City Hall Upgrades
