Granted, I have done lots of SimCity videos before, and some of those videos may even have been vaguely tutorial-ish, but introducing my first actual tutorial series in SimCity.

Which means it is only a little bit more tutorial-ish than my non-tutorials.

In Tutorial #4, we cover how to sell your Sims for medical experimentation... oh wait, that's another tutorial...

In Tutorial #4, we cover:
·Issues of whether it is better to upgrade existing facilities such as health clinics, or create new ones.
·Installing a sewage treatment plant and a Metals HQ
·Garbage collection as a disease preventative.
·Zombie prevention.
·"Running the Boards", doing a periodic check of all systems using the main menu buttons in the City View.
