I start with my second ever "serious moment" in my videos. I don't have anything terribly original to say, what can you say? Except that random violence against innocent people never made the world a better place, and never solved anything.

We let off a lot of steam in games, we glorify violence in a sense, we enjoy explosions and it is all in fun... but in real life, destruction is a cop-out. It's easy and weak. Destruction is elementary to do and ignorant and selfish; building things up, building bridges and putting aside selfishness to try to improve the condition of all of us is the hard thing. It is however the only thing that will make ever a difference.

That said, when I play games, to the extent that I ever role-play after a fashion (and I don't really roleplay in the normal sense), every character I ever play in games is always a very very very bad person. It's a conflict I have. In real life, someone who cries when he sees Humane Society adverts on TV: in-game, I play at being a deranged monster. ;) Can someone have a soft heart and a bad attitude at the same time? ;) Must be so.

Interestingly, my most evil characters are women, not sure what that says about me. :)

We're all human and everyone needs to let their inner villain go outside and play, as long as no one gets hurt. ;) That's what games are for, we let our demons go for a frolic and at the end of it there are no tears and nobody hurt. When you get to the point where your devils cannot play harmlessly anymore, you wind up drinking the kool-aid and believing that violence solves something for real. It never does. Destruction only destroys.

Anyway, back in game mode, I explore my love of virtual digging. Boppy has a quiet, thoughtful moment at home, getting in touch with her desire to achieve a deep personal and emotional satisfaction through the absolute violent extermination of the indigenous humanoid life forms. She never watched Star Trek. ;)

Also in this episode, we visit Gerdy's School of Breakdancing, discover the cutest life form yet known (with the exception of Boppy herself), and Boppy shares her warm intimate personal feelings about world domination and becoming the queen of the entire planet. A castle is already under construction. Finally, we head north for a showdown with the aforementioned indigenous intelligent life forms.
