So I just downloaded the SIMS 4 and my keyboard movement keys didn't responded like other games. After searching through online help, you have to pres ALT + SHIFT while in game. It is true .. BUT, it will only works IF you have the US ENGLISH KEYBOARD set up in your region and keyboard settings ( windows 7 ).

So, if you have let's say " French Keyboard" only set to your region and keyboard settings, even if you press ALT + SHIFT, it won't work.

PS: You won't see The Sims 4 in-game video becauase my OBS was set to record only what was on my PC desktop window screen... sorry about that.

But the procedures are still the same no matter what. Cheers.
