Oh god we're doing this aren't we? From Tier Two onwards, you'll have to beat the boss before you can access the next tier... and god damn this one is hard as hell, hardest of the 3 regular bosses in my opinion. You get to use the grenade launcher in this map, which is basically a rocket launcher except the projectiles fly in an arc and bounce around the place, making it a bit of a pain to use without blowing yourself up, and the minigun, which is just a really fast chaingun. But who cares because we gotta talk about the Lava Golem. On his own, he's really not hard to beat, but with the arena design that constantly throws super damaging lava balls at you, plus all the monsters that come in as back up... dear god. The time limit is also a pain in the ass because sometimes he teleports into that cage where you can't attack him, and that's when all the lava balls start flying around, and it's just a waste of time waiting for him to get back out so you can do more damage. But the worst part is that when he starts teleporting everywhere, it's REALLY hard to see him because of the red haze effect everywhere. The Lava Golem is a COWARD! (ok I'll stop ranting)
IMPORTANT STUFF:
0:28 - After hitting the switch that reveals the boss, the pillars at the sides with the grenade launcher and super shotgun will slowly lower. The grenade launcher comes down first
1:10 - When the boss reaches 75% health, you get an extra 30 seconds and two mancubi will teleport in
1:46 - When the boss reaches 50% health, you get an extra 30 seconds and the outer area of the arena will open up, with three red skull tokens, a minigun and a bunch of monsters
2:28 - When the boss reaches 25% health, you get an extra 30 seconds and more monsters will teleport in
3:38 - Once you beat the boss, the level immediately ends. Make sure you have already collected all the skull tokens!
