15P Charge, Meterless, 8000 dmg:
c.LK→c.MK→HP→HP→P+P Cancel→MK→HP→HP→qcf+MK [stagger] MP→HK [air] j.MK(3hit)→HP, j.LK→MK(2hit)→HK→qcf+MK→LP→LP→MK→HK [air] j.LP→LK→HK→qcf+HK [knockdown] c.LK→c.MK→HP→dp+P
This combo is as close as you can get to being optimal without using Squigly's HP→HP→P+P Cancel→HP chain, which is very impractical to execute in an actual match. If it's not a 1 frame link, it certainly feels like one.
You can add some damage with a jump in or by substituting the Draugen Punch at the end for some other special, but I always start my combos with a hit confirm and end with a knockdown or frame advantage.
This makes for a good bread'n'butter combo if Squigly has her Dragon's Breath charged. Use the knockdown period from the Draugen Punch to recharge Dragon's Breath or use Center Stage to keep the momentum rolling. The combo only uses one stance cancel, and it's one of her easiest cancels to execute.
I managed to time the Silver Chord with the exact hit at which the combo would scale below 50% naturally, so the scaling from that is irrelevant in this combo.
I executed this on a crouching Valentine since a lot of normals tend to go right over her head when she's ducking. This combo sidesteps that issue.
