One of Skyrim's most well-hidden features (apart from the hotkey system which lets you assign Favorites to the 1-8 keys) is marriage. For some obscure reason, you need a specific amulet which can be found in dungeons or bought from a single NPC. Being married is not the most romantic thing in the world, either, since it primarily means you get an additional shop keeper (!) and some minor profit from your spouse's daily transactions. Feels a bit more like being my chosen one's pimp rather than her wife, to be honest. Oh well, at least same-sex marriage is just as legal in this fictional Scandinavia as it is in the real-world nations of Sweden, Norway and Iceland...
