0The Skull of Corruption has been destroyed or at least been sent back to Oblivion where it can't do anymore harm to anyone. Vaermina tried to get into my head, telling me how Erandur was tricking me and was going to turn against me, she was playing on my doubts, as even still I was worried that this was all an elaborate farce by him so that he could claim the staff for himself, but then I would have thought he could have already done that without me, though maybe he needed my help knowing the dangers within. I put all doubts and fears aside and waited, trusting in Erandur, eventually the spell he was casting worked and the staff vanished, and so the people of Dawnstar can sleep well again.
Erandur was going to stay there for a while and repent to Mara for all the awful things that he'd done, but also offered to join me, I didn't reply to that and left the temple heading back to Dawnstar. Where to now? I did get that invitation about a museum that'd recently opened in Dawnstar, maybe I'll check it out and go from there.
