I made this mod (inspired by the Throwing Star mod by MurdermeisteR) when I got sick of carrying a bow/crossbow and shitloads of ammunition, and didn't much care for the flash and spells of Destruction magic.

This is a "spell" that fires a projectile version of the arrow streamer, the white line that comes off the fletching. It costs 0 magicka, doesn't increase your Destruction skill, and it's completely silent so it's the perfect replacement for the Archery skill as well.
