Skyrim (Xbox 360) - Tutorial to unlock the framerate in real time with Peek Poker (2023)

This is my method to test the framerate change in real time using a software on Windows called Peek Poker.
Instructions:
- Download Peek Poker v8 at https://storage.googleapis.com/google-code-archive-downloads/v2/code.google.com/peek-poker/PeekPoker%20Revision%208.zip
- Extract the archive where you desire on your PC
- Run Peek Poker
- Your PC and your Xbox 360 must be connected on the same network. So, on your Xbox 360 set the IP address of your LAN (eg. 192.168.1.10, but it depends on your router, sometimes is 192.168.0.10 with 0 instead of 1. The first three digits depends on your router, the last, 10, is the one you chose)
- In Peel Poker, under "IP Address" field, put the Xbox 360 IP you have choosed and press "Connect". If everything is OK, it answers "Connected"

If you want to use this way to search for the address to unlock the framerate, is the same but use also the key "Search" and put 82000000 as start and FFFFFF as offset, then search for 39 60 00 02 48 00 00 or 39 40 00 02 48 00 00. When it finish to search, test each location changing the 02 in 04 until you see the framerate drop down, that means you have found the address. Now, at the same address put 00 or 01 instead of 04 (previous 02). This number is the divisor of 60 fps, so putting 04 means 60/4=15 fps, while 02 means 30 fps and 01 60 fps. The differences between 01 and 00 are visible if you desassemble the .xex. Sometimes 00 means also the vsync off (I'm not so sure, yet).
Obviously, since you're working in real time, if you close the Xbox 360 you lose your changes, so you have to make them permanent. You can use HxD (hexadecimal editor) to do it. Follow my tutorial https://youtu.be/W26KD-mntEY
NOTE. HxD use different type of address, so you have two ways (the n.2 is easyer): 1) to convert the Peek Poker address in HxD adrees using Excel or the Windows Calculator. Generally HxD is 3000 or 4000 location above; 2) simply select three rows on Peek Poker (with the original value 02), than copy using CTRL+C (not right click and copy, it doesn't copy the right values) and find them in HxD. Change it and save with another name (watch my tutorial).
