This is a comparison between "FUEL" with unlocked framerate and the original one. The unlocked version reaches 60 fps most of the time and generally it is very smoother than the original.
To get the unlocked framerate you have to:
1. You need a RGH modded Xbox 360
2. Take the defaul.xex in your Fuel folder on the xbox 360, copy and paste it in your PC to uncompress/decrypt it with xextool (follow my tutorial for the decrypting/uncompressing part, here https://youtu.be/W26KD-mntEY)
3. Open the decrypted/uncompressed file in HxD
4. Search for these location (ctrl+G) 596D3F (or 82594D3C on Ghidra/Peel Poker, starting from 82000000 and offset FFFFFF) and change the value 02 at this location to 01 (if you don't find it, probably you haven't uncompress/decrypted the file correclty or you have a PAL or NTSC version. In this case, write here, I'll try to help you. In this case, try to search for 41 9A 00 1C 39 6B FF FC 39 40 00 03 31 6B FF FF 7D 6B 59 10 7D 6B 50 38 48 00 00 10 39 60 00 02 48 00 00 08 39 60 00 01 81 5F 2E 54 55 6B 40 2E, and change the 02 in 01 in the 39 60 00 02 48 00 00 string
5. Save the modded file as you wish (ex. Fuel60fps.xex)
6. Copy this file in your folder on the Xbox 360, then start it by file manager or rename in default.xex (after renamed the original one) to start it from the cover in your dashboard
