Around 3 hours 1 minute to beat, though I didnt unlock the secret final boss and area. This may be the only full playthrough on YouTube as I was unable to find videos on the game, when looking for alternate strategies. It seems you have to collect stars to unlock the secret area and boss, but I would consider this a regular playthrough.

This is the unedited playthrough showing all the deaths. I posted up some highlights of the difficult stages in my Difficult Gameplay Sections playlist, so figured that was good enough to showcase the harder completions in the game.
