SPOILERS FOR THE ENTIRETY OF SZX: EPISODE ENYO!

A massive surprise for everyone, as we got a new Quake Total Conversion both for the Quake Remaster but also as a standalone mod for various source ports.

Take control of Enyo, one of the Calamities from SZX, as she takes on SovKhan herself across 5 levels + 1 boss fight with 8 new weapons (+1 secret) and 13 new enemies, courtesy of Ironwood Software, which comprise of Quake Modding veterans, including some that were involved in Alkaline and Dwell.

A pretty much perfect execution of a marketing tactic, since the main game uses Trenchbroom for its backgrounds, why not make a mod for actual Quake to promote the game before it releases on the 21st of February?

Played on the hidden Nightmare Difficulty, the first four levels went surprisingly without any deaths, but then Level 5 completely wrecked me with 4 deaths (I cut out two of them, since they were on the same quicksaves).

Some bugs like the softlocks in level geometry (shown at the end of the video in the first level), broken HOMs in the closets towards the end of the third level, gibs getting stuck underwater and being extremely loud when they don't disappear in the fifth level, it needs some polish.

But overall, I was not disappointed, this was really tight all things considered and much like Dominic Tarason, I hope people take this mod and do some kind of map jam for it, it happened with Alkaline, it can happen with Episode Enyo as well.

If you own the Quake Remaster, just go in the addons menu and install the mod that way, you need a Bethesda account to do so though.

P.S.: I forgot to remove the fading transitions on levels, because Premiere didn't want to render the entire thing, so I had to render the levels individually and then stitch them together again.
