Slim Streams (6/22/18): Pokemon Crystal: Randomized Nuzlocke - Session #2
12Part 2 of my Pokemon Crystal Randomized Nuzlocke! We make it all the way to Cianwood in this session! Get a new team member, and catch a lot more Mario-referenced Pokemon!
Basic rules of this particular nuzlocke, must catch the first pokemon of each route that I see (once I've obtained Pokeballs), towns and cities count, as well as sub-areas (like Sprout Tower, Burned Tower, etc.). Dupes clause is on, so if I get a pokemon I already have, I can opt to catch the next one for my catch. After every death, I can no longer use that pokemon in battle, but I can use them as HM slaves if need be, since all pokemon can use HM moves.
As far as randomization goes, I randomized pretty much everything except stats and Pokemon typings, so moves, items, pokemon locations, legendaries, trainer pokemon...you name it! -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/slimkirby
